Vienna Bakeshop, which makes Vienna Cakes, traces its roots to Vienna Bakery, a bread and pastries enterprise owned, managed and operated by a Spanish family since 1901.
In October 1994, entrepreneurs Wilson and Josephine Co Leng bought the rights to the business. Subsequently, Ms. Co Leng studied at the Asian Baking Institute and Vienna Bakeshop began offering all-occasion and traditional cakes in 1995.
Vienna Cakes are now popular at bridal exhibits and hotel and trade fairs, highly sought for their distinctive marshmallow or boiled icing and delicious fondant icing.

Vienna Cakes specializes in miniature cakes of various designs, and is often commissioned to do small replicas of main wedding cakes
I was assisted by Ms. Cecille and Ms. Josephine Co Leng and I advised them we have a limited budget for this since me and my husband-to-be will be shouldering all wedding expenses. Ms. Cecille gave me a P 6,000 package for the wedding cake - comprising of 1 piece 5round satellite cake and 50 pieces - 2.5 x 2.5 souvenir cakes.This is one of their most practical and affordable packages but very popular to customers. Cake Flavor will be Butter Cake and motiff will follow shades of color pomelo pink and apple green. They will be providing me an additional acetate box for storage of the fondant cakes.
